Saigon Bus is a touchscreen wayfinder to improve public transportation in Ho Chi Minh city, a project  from Wizeline UX Academy. I took the UX design process from User Research, the Affinity Diagram to state the problem, create different fidelity of prototypes to the Usabity Testing. The iterative process gave me a clearly understanding about how to find out and solve the problem, give user better experiences not only through the visceral interface but also the insightful functions of product.
